复方锌布颗粒中马来酸氯苯那敏和布洛芬含量测定方法的改进

摘　　要：复方锌布颗粒为复方制剂,其组分为葡萄糖酸锌、布洛芬、马来酸氯苯那敏;原标准方法较为繁琐,本文经大量试验研究,分析流动相对色谱峰的影响,优化流动相比例条件,并通过比较不同型号色谱柱的分离效能,建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定复方锌布颗粒中马来酸氯苯那敏和布洛芬的含量并与原标准进行了比较。结果表明,该方法具有操作便捷、灵敏度和重现性好、结果准确可靠等优点,适用于复方锌布颗粒中马来酸氯苯那敏和布洛芬含量测定,可为提高其质量标准提供依据。Compound Zinc cloth granule is a compound preparation,which consists of zinc gluconate,ibuprofen and chlorpheniramine maleate.The original standard method is relatively complicated.Based on a large number of experimental study,this paper analyzes the influence of relative chromatographic peak flow,optimizes the mobile phase ratio conditions,compares the separation efficiency of different types of chromatographic column,establishes high performance liquid chromatography,and determines maleic acid in compound zinc cloth grain effect of the content of the sensitive and ibuprofen and compares it with the original standard.The results show that the method has the advantages of convenient operation,good sensitivity and reproducibility,accurate and reliable results,and is suitable for the determination of chlorpheniramine maleate and ibuprofen in compound zinc cloth particles,which can provide a basis for the improvement of its quality standard.
