流感疫苗接种对儿童流感预防的有效性与安全性分析

摘　　要：目的研究在儿童流感的预防中接种流感疫苗的作用与安全性。方法选择2019年9月—2020年4月106名学龄儿童进行研究,依监护人接种意愿分为两组,其中对照组未接种疫苗,观察组进行流感疫苗接种,对两组儿童流感的发生情况以及观察组的疫苗接种安全性进行分析。结果8个月内观察组儿童流感发生率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.777,P<0.05)。观察组儿童接种后不良反应发生率为15.09%,3 d内自行好转。观察组儿童接种疫苗后的生活质量评分均高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(t均=10.286,P<0.05)。结论及时进行疫苗接种可以对流感进行有效预防,可以有效提升儿童的生活质量,而且疫苗安全可靠,值得推广应用。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of influenza vaccination in the prevention of influenza in children.Methods A total of 106 school-age children were selected for studying,from September 2019 to April 2020,and the children were divided into two groups based on the wishes of guardians,children in control group weren’t vaccinated,and children in observation group were vaccinated.The incidence of influenza in two groups and vaccination safety of children in the observation group were analyzed.Results The incidence of children suffering from influenza in the observation group was lower than that in the control group on month 8,and with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=15.777,P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate after vaccination was 15.09%in the observation group,and all of children improved spontaneously within 3 days.The quality of life scores of children in the observation group after vaccination were higher than those in the control group,and the inter-groups difference was significant(t;=10.286,P<0.05).Conclusion Timely vaccination in children′s influenza prevention can effectively prevent influenza,effectively improve the quality of life of children,and is safe and reliable,being worthy of promotion and application.
