摘　　要：结合民爆领域乳化炸药生产工艺现状,在A公司乳化炸药生产工艺中引入FMECA可靠性工程技术,对乳化炸药生产线制药系统进行FMEA、CA建模分析,借助危害性矩阵图识别关键故障模式,从而对该制药系统日常安全管理工作提出相应建议和措施。Combined with the current situation of emulsion explosive production process in the civil explosion field,the engineering technology of FMECA reliability is introduced into the production process of emulsion explosive in A company.The FMEA and CA analysis of the pharmaceutical system of the emulsion explosive production line are carried out.The critical failure mode is identified by the hazard matrix diagram,and the corresponding suggestions and measures are put forward for the daily safety management of the pharmaceutical system.
