康爱保生丸治疗获得性免疫缺陷综合征患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价康爱保生丸联合高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)对获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)患者CD4^(+)T细胞计数及视网膜静脉血管管径的作用。方法AIDS患者随机分为对照组36例和试验组35例。对照组给予替诺福韦(每次300 mg)+拉米夫定(每次300 mg)+依非韦伦(每次600 mg),qd;试验组在对照组用药的基础上加服康爱保生丸(每次6 g,bid)。检测2组患者视网膜静脉血管管径、CD4^(+)T细胞计数、血浆病毒载量。结果治疗12个月后,对照组和试验组患者右眼颞上静脉管径值分别为(137.86±22.01)和(130.33±16.39)μm;这2组CD4^(+)T细胞计数分别为(413.80±191.36)和(547.68±194.99)cell·μL^(-1);这2组血浆病毒载量小于100 copies·mL^(-1)例数所占百分比分别为63.89%和71.43%。上述指标,试验组右眼颞上静脉管径值、CD4^(+)T细胞计数试验组与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论HAART联合康爱保生丸能较好的减少获得性免疫缺陷综合征患者右眼颞上静脉、左眼鼻下静脉扩张,增加CD4^(+)T细胞的数量。Objective To evaluate the effect of Kangaibaosheng pill combined with high-efficiency antiretroviral therapy(HAART)on the CD4^(+)T cell count and retinal microvasculation in acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)patients.Methods AIDS patients were randomly divided into control group(n=36)and treatment group(n=35).The control group was given tenofovir(300 mg each time)+lamivudine(300 mg each time)+efavirenz(600 mg each time),qd,and the treatment group was given Kangaibaosheng pills on the basis of the control group(6 g each time),bid.The retinal vein diameters,CD4^(+)T cell count and plasma viral load in the two groups were detected.Results After 12 months of treatment,the diameters of the superior temporal veins of the right eyes of the two groups were(137.86±22.01)and(130.33±16.39)μm;the CD4^(+)T cell counts in the two groups were(413.80±191.36)and(547.68±194.99)cell·μL^(-1);the percentages of cases with plasma viral load<100 copies·mL^(-1) in the two groups were 63.89%and 71.43%.Compared between treatment group and control group,the difference of the diameters of the superior temporal veins of the right eyes and the CD4^(+)T cell counts were significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of HAART and Kangaibaosheng pill can better reduce the dilation of the superior temporal vein diameter of the right eye and the inferior nasal vein diameter of the left eye,increase the CD4^(+)T cell count.
