摘 要:使用FLUENT 17.2软件对催化剂不同颗粒粒径下烟气轮机流场特性进行了模拟研究,分析了不同颗粒粒径对高温烟气流场、催化剂运动轨迹以及动叶冲蚀的影响。研究工况:颗粒粒径分别为0.5,1.0,1.5和2.0μm,高温烟气的入口温度为670℃,烟气轮机转子转速为6263 r/min,高温烟气流量为2067.92 m^(3)/min。研究结果表明:在所研究的颗粒粒径水平下,颗粒粒径的改变不会对高温烟气流场以及颗粒运动轨迹造成明显的影响;动叶叶片被冲蚀的位置以前缘和尾缘为主,前缘被冲蚀的可能性大于尾缘;动叶叶片被冲蚀的可能性随着颗粒粒径的增加而上升。The characteristics of the flow field in the flue gas turbine under different catalyst particle diameters were simulated and studied by Fluent 17.2 software.The influences of different catalyst particle diameters on the high-temperature flue gas flow field,the moving track of catalyst particles and the erosion of the rotor blade were analyzed.The investigated particle sizes of four conditions were 0.5,1.0,1.5 and 2.0μm,respectively.The inlet temperature of high-temperature flue gas was 670℃.The rotor speed of flue gas turbine was 6263 r/min.The flow rate of high-temperature flue gas is 2067.92 m^(3)/min.The research results show that the change of particle diameter has no obvious influence on the high temperature flue gas flow field and the moving track of catalyst particles under the level of the investigated catalyst particle sizes.The erosion wear of rotor blade mainly occurs near the leading edge and trailing edge of the blade.The possibility of erosion wear at the leading edge is obviously greater than that at the trailing edge.The erosion wear will be aggravated with the increase of catalyst particle diameter.
