摘　　要：目的:设计基于外联平台的医用耗材精细化管理方案,以确保医院医用耗材管理的规范性和安全性,提高医用耗材管理效率。方法:建立院内私有云服务器,存储医用耗材基础信息、订单信息等,公有云存储证件图片,以保证平台运行效率,设计数据传输防火墙及网闸,充分保障院内数据安全;结合实际业务需求,详细设计资质证照管理模块以及订单业务模块,从证件更新、效期管理、订单采购、结算等方面对10多项流程进行优化。结果:实现了资质证照、订单业务的精细化管理。结论:提高了医用耗材管理的科学性、高效性,堵塞了管理漏洞,促进了医用耗材闭环管理,是实现医院降本增效管理的有效途径。Objective To ensure the standardized and safety of the management of medical consumables in our hospital,improve the efficiency of management of medical consumables,design the fine management scheme for medical consumables based on the outreach platform.Methods A private cloud server in the hospital was established to store the basic information,order information,and other information of medical consumables.A public cloud was used to store the certificate pictures to ensure the operation efficiency of platform.The data transmission firewall and gatekeeper were designed to fully ensure the data safety in the hospital.Combined with the actual business needs,the qualification certificate management module and order business module were designed in detail,more than 10 processes were optimized from the aspects of certificate renewal,expiration date management,order purchase,settlement,etc.Results The fine management of qualification license and order business was realized.Conclusion This scheme improved the scientificity and efficiency of medical consumables management,blocked the management loopholes,and promoted the closed-loop of medical consumables management.It is an effective way to realize the management of cost reduction and efficiency improvement of the hospital.
