摘　　要：运用5G在3层网络架构的各层级间建立互联网连接通道,通过VPN技术在此通道上建立数据传输加密隧道,用无线连接的方式,替换原有网络各层级间光缆的连接,达到承载医院信息系统稳定、高效、安全运行的目的。根据前置无线路由器后端连接的设备不同,可以派生出多种应用场景,如全无线组网、多院区无线互连、有线网络故障的应急响应等。融合5G的组网模式,可以替代网络综合布线工程,大大降低网络建设周期,减少投资成本,既不破坏建筑,也不影响美观。网络结构简洁,易于扩展与收缩,中间环节少,便于管理与维护。经2020年方舱医院的实际应用,5G无线骨干网的新型组网模式,可以满足突发公共卫生事件时紧急救治场所对网络系统应急应用的需求。随着5G的普及与发展,这种融合的组网模式将在医疗行业和其他行业得到充分应用。By using 5G communication technology,an Internet connection channel is established between all the levels of the three-tier network architecture,a data transmission encryption tunnel is established on this channel through VPN technology,and the optical cable connection between all levels of the original network is replaced by wireless connection,so as to achieve the purpose of the stable,efficient and safe operation of the hospital information system.According to the different equipments connected to the rear end of the front-end wireless router,a variety of application scenarios can be derived,such as all-wireless networking,multi-hospital wireless interconnection,emergency response to wired network failure,etc.The networking mode of integration 5G can replace the comprehensive cabling project of network,greatly reduce the network construction cycle,and reduce the investment cost without destroying the building and affecting the appearance.The network structure is simple and easy to expand and shrink and there are few intermediate links,which is convenient for management and maintenance.After the practical application of the shelter hospital in 2020,the new networking mode of 5G wireless backbone network can meet the needs of the emergency application of network system in emergency treatment facilities in case of public health emergencies.With the popularization and development of 5G technology,this integrated networking model will not only be fully applied in the medical industry,but also in other industries.
