摘  要:目的:开发单病种质控数据智能上报系统,提升数据上报效率和质量。方法:通过自然语言处理、知识图谱、机器学习等人工智能技术,对院内医疗数据进行治理和标准化处理,在此基础上进一步开发智能上报系统。结果:该系统具备“智能入组匹配、智能采集填充、高效审核上报”等3大功能;应用系统后,医院单病种入组的敏感度为100%,平均自动填充率达到80%以上,传至国家单病种质量管控平台的通过率为100%,上报时间由过去手动填报的每份20~30 min缩短至每份5 min以内。结论:单病种质控数据智能上报系统可辅助临床医生快速完成数据上报,减轻工作负担,同时可提高上报数据的准确性和完整性,进而提升整体上报质量。Objective To develop the intelligent reporting system for single disease quality control data,and improve the efficiency and quality of data reporting.Methods The medical data of the hospital was managed and standardized through artificial intelligence technologies such as natural language processing,knowledge mapping and machine learning.On this basis,the intelligent reporting system was further developed.Results The system has three functions,including intelligent enrollment and matching,intelligent collection and filling,and efficient audit and reporting.After the application of the system,the sensitivity of single disease enrollment in the hospital was 100%,the average automatic filling rate was more than 80%,and the passing rate of transmission to the national quality control platform for single disease was 100%.The reporting time was reduced to less than 5 minutes each case from the previous manual filling of 20~30 minutes.Conclusion The intelligent reporting system of single disease quality control data can assist clinicians to quickly complete the data reporting,reduce the workload,and improve the accuracy and integrity of the reported data,thus improving the overall quality of the report.
