摘 要:目的:通过对门诊药房取药的流程优化,设计和实现符合门诊药房需求的排队叫号系统,有助于改善患者的就医体验,提高门诊药房的工作效率。方法:设计取药签到、窗口动态分配、叫号队列控制等功能,改造门诊医生工作站、门诊收费、门诊药房、自动发药机等关联系统,实现门诊药房智能排队叫号。结果:系统上线运行后,门诊药房取药排长队情况有了很大改善,患者普遍反馈体验较好,实现了门诊药房资源合理配置。结论:通过设计和实现门诊药房排队自主调节叫号系统,改善了患者取药体验,提升了药房的工作效率,对促进医院的精细化管理有积极的意义。Objective Optimize the process of medicine taking in outpatient pharmacy,to design and realize the queuing and calling system that meets the needs of outpatient pharmacy,improve the patient’s medical experience,and improve the work efficiency of outpatient pharmacy.Methods Medicine taking and registration,dynamic window allocation,calling and queue control and other functions were designed.The associated systems such as outpatient doctor workstations,outpatient charges,outpatient pharmacies and automatic drug dispensing machines were transformed,and intelligent queuing and calling in outpatient pharmacy were realized.Results After the system was launched and put into operation,the long queues of people taking medicine in the outpatient pharmacy has been greatly improved,the generally feedback experience of patients is better,and rational allocation of outpatient pharmacy resources was realized.Conclusion The self-regulating queuing and calling system of the outpatient pharmacy improves the patient’s medicine taking experience,improve the work efficiency of the pharmacy,and has positive significance for promoting the refined management of the hospital.
