摘　　要：目的:通过图数据库技术构建中医药政策知识图谱,聚焦当前中医药领域热点并探析不足,以期为相关政策体系制定提供可行性参考。方法:以147篇中医药政策文件资料为研究对象,按照“公文获取-词典编制-实体识别-关系抽取-知识存储-图谱构建”步骤,完成中医药政策知识图谱并进行分析研究。结果:我国通过发展特色化产业、建设示范区等措施促进中医药事业全面发展,推动“健康中国”发展战略的实施。结论:中医药应充分发挥在治未病、健康扶贫、医养结合等方面的特色优势,提供多形式的公共医疗服务以最终实现“人人健康”目标。Objective To construct the knowledge mapping of TCM policies based on the map database technology,focus on the current hot spots in the field of TCM and analyze the deficiencies,in order to provide feasible reference for the formulation of relevant policy systems.Methods Taking 147 TCM policies as the research objects,the knowledge mapping of TCM policies was completed,analyzed and studied in accordance with the steps"official document acquisition-dictionary development-entity recognition-relationship extraction-knowledge storage-mapping construction".Results China promotes the all-round development of TCM and the implementation of the development strategy of"Healthy China",through the development of characteristic industries and the construction of demonstration areas.Conclusion TCM should give full play to its characteristic advantages in preventive treatment of disease,health poverty alleviation,combination of medical treatment and nursing care,provide various forms of public medical services,and finally achieve the objective of"health for all".
