摘  要:基于碘化铯闪烁体的二极管探测器和4G通信模块实现无线通信γ辐射剂量环境监测系统,可以远程测量多个地点的辐射剂量,并可以将数据进行保存。本系统使用了小尺寸带有碘化铯闪烁体的硅光二极管探测器,其对γ粒子辐射探测效率高,有很好的时间分辨率和空间分辨率。由于该监测系统高效的探测效率和高抗干扰能力,可以探测到环境级γ本底,同时具备能谱分析功能,可以进行元素分析。整套系统通过标准的^(152)Eu和^(137)Csγ放射源进行标定实验,测量结果稳定,与专业手持式剂量仪器对比测量数据符合度高。The diode detector based on cesium iodide scintillator and 4G communication module realizes a wireless communication environment monitoring system forγ-radiation dose.It could remotely measure the radiation dose of multiple sites and save the data.A small-sized silicon photodiode detector with cesium iodide scintillator is applied in this system,which features high efficiency on the detection ofγ-particle radiation,sound temporal resolution and spatial resolution.Because of its high detection efficiency and great anti-interference ability,such a monitoring system can detect the environmental-levelγbackground.Besides,its function of energy spectrum analysis makes it capable for element analysis.The whole system has been calibrated by standard^(152)Eu and^(137)Csγ-radiation sources,which ensures the stable measurement results.Compared with professional hand-held dose instruments,the measurement data of the system enjoys superior consistency.
