公安交通管理信息系统安全防护技术研究及思考

摘　　要：近年来,公安交通管理信息系统信息共享需求较大,与医院、银行、保险等行业应用的数据交互日益频繁,带来的安全挑战也逐步加大,随着《中华人民共和国网络安全法》和《公安交通管理信息系统运行管理规定》等相关法律和规范的相继发布,对信息系统安全防护提出了更高的要求。本文根据法律法规和公安交通管理行业要求,提出公安交通管理信息系统安全防护指标体系、防护要求和后续工作建议。In recent years,there is a great demand for the sharing of information in public security traffic management information system.The data exchange with hospitals,banks,insurance and other industries has become increasingly frequent,along with which are increasing security challenges.With the successive promulgation of laws and norms such as"Network Security Law of People's Republic of China","Regulations on the Operation and Management of Public Sec urity Traffic Management Information System"and so on,higher requirements for the security protection of information system have been put forward.According to the laws and regulations and requirements of public security traffic management industry,the paper puts forward a security protection index system,protection requirements and follow-up work suggestions of the traffic management information system.
