摘　　要：科技统计显示,女性科研人员虽已日趋成为当代科学事业发展的主要参与力量,但仍处科学职业边缘。本研究分析了2017-2018年《科技日报》所刊1067幅科研人员新闻插图,发现在数量占比、与新闻内容的匹配程度等方面,女性科研人员均低于男性科研人员,证实了女性科研人员在新闻构建中的缺席趋势加剧这一基本假设。究其成因,系普遍存在的新闻偏见所致。本文进一步指出,中国科技新闻报纸需有意识地提高女性科研人员插图数量及其图文匹配程度,以符合女性科研人员的实际占比,从而对女性参与科学及其职业发展有所助益。As the development of science,women scientists have shown positive participation trends in different national reports,although the social reality is that women is still on the edge of the scientific profession.In this study,we analyzed 1067 photographs in 2017 and 2018 in the Science and Technology Daily.Women scientific researchers are still less present than man in the press picture,and their representation to match the content is also lower.These results confirmed the assumption that the absence of female scientific researchers in the news construction.According to the study,this social fact is rooted in the prevailing news bias.Based on this analysis,Chinese media should aware of such underrepresentation and try to increase the number of women scientific researchers’ pictures and the photographs’ matching ratio to meet the actual occupation of female researchers.This suggestion will help women to participate in science and their career development.
