摘　　要：在精准扶贫精准脱贫基本方略指导下,反贫困的中国模式取得了巨大成功。文章基于银行系统扶贫实践与案例,从金融促进生产、流通、分配、消费四个体系的发展中总结归纳中国扶贫经验,即全面提升农村贫困地区的生产、分配、交换、消费四个体系,将贫困地区纳入到全国统一大市场和社会大分工中。尤其是在中央统一规划、统筹协调下,各级党委政府和企事业单位密切合作,层层落实责任,通过对口支援,定点帮扶,全力改善农村贫困地区的生活生产条件,促进贫困人群就业和生产发展,提高其自我发展能力,打破陷入贫困的恶性循环。同时,通过对比典型国家扶贫模式,中国为世界其他国家提供了具有参考价值的扶贫新模式。Under the basic principle of Eradicating Poverty, the China anti-poverty model has achieved great success. Based on the practice and cases of poverty alleviation in the banking system, this paper reviews the experience of poverty alleviation in China from the development of the financial system of promoting production, circulation, distribution and consumption, that is, comprehensively improving the four systems of production, distribution, exchange and consumption in the rural poor areas, and bringing the poor areas into the national unified market and social division of labor. It is of particular note that under the unified planning and coordination of the central government, Party committees and local governments at all levels, enterprises and institutions worked closely to assume their responsibilities. Through counterpart support and fixed-point assistance, they tried their best to improve the living and production conditions in poor rural areas, promote the employment and production development of the poor, improve their self-development ability, and break the vicious circle of poverty. In addition, by comparing the leading national poverty alleviation models, China has provided a new poverty alleviation model with reference value for other countries.
