俄藏敦煌一组妇人医方残片缀合及相关研究

摘　　要：俄藏敦煌医学文献以残小片为主,部分可缀合。如Дх01295、ДX04158+ДX04161、ДX04437和ДX04679等5件残小片,即可进行缀合。这5件残小片所载内容均为妇人医方,缀合后,为一组妇人医方残卷,载有治妇人善失子方、堕胎方、下血方等10余首医方,且多是祝由方。敦煌妇人医方中,有不少祝由方或带有巫术色彩的医方,是《备急千金要方》《外台秘要》等传世著作中未载的,相较之下,更能准确地反映六朝隋唐时期的医学发展水平。Dunhuang medical manuscripts collected in Russia are mainly in the form of small fragment and some of them can be pieced together.For example,there are five small pieces numberedДх01295,ДX04158+ДX04161,ДX04437 andДX04679 with the contents of gynecological prescriptions.After restoration,they form a group of gynecological prescriptions,containing more than 10 gynecological prescriptions for treating miscarriage,abortion,hematuria,bloody stool and vagina bleeding.And most of them are Zhuyou(witched-doctors treating diseases by prayer)prescriptions.Many of Zhuyou prescriptions or medical prescriptions with the feature of witchcraft were not recorded in ancient medical classics such as Bèi JíQiān Jīn Yào Fāng(《备急千金要方》,Essential Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold Pieces for Emergencies)and Wài Tái MìYào(《外台秘要》,Arcane Essentials from the Imperial Library).Therefore,these prescriptions can more accurately reflect the medical development in the Six dynasties,Sui and Tang dynasties.
