薏苡仁汤加减配合针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎的风寒湿痹型中着痹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察薏苡仁汤加减配合针灸疗法治疗类风湿性关节炎的风寒湿痹型中着痹的临床疗效。方法 将治疗的54例类风湿性关节炎的风寒湿痹型中着痹的患者随机分成两组,对照组有27例患者,给予临床常规应用的抗风湿类药、非甾体类抗炎药等,治疗组27例,在给予对照组相同治疗的基础上,采用薏苡仁汤加减配合针灸治疗,经过1个月的治疗后,比较2组中医证候积分、实验室指标及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗组的中医证候积分、实验室指标优于对照,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 薏苡仁汤剂加减配合针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎的风寒湿痹型中着痹病人取得的临床疗效较好,更益于提高患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Coix seed decoction combined with acupuncture therapy on rheumatoid arthritis with arthralgia due to wind-cold-dampness. Methods Fifty-four patients with rheumatoid arthritis due to wind-cold-dampness arthralgia were randomly divided into two groups. The control group, with 27 patients, was given anti-rheumatic drugs and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and the treatment group, with 27 patients, was given the same treatment as the control group, and was treated with modified Coix seed decoction and acupuncture. After one month′s treatment, the TCM syndrome scores, laboratory indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results TCM syndrome scores and laboratory indexes of the treatment group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The modified Coix seed decoction combined with acupuncture has a good clinical effect on rheumatoid arthritis patients with arthralgia due to wind-cold-dampness, which is more conducive to improving the quality of life of patients.
