摘 要:自 1997 年 Leu 等;首次报道全内镜下经椎间孔入路腰椎椎体间融合 (full endoscopic transforaminal lumba interbody fusion,FE-TLIF) 至今,FE-TLIF 已有 20 余年的发展历史。FE-TLIF 能否有效、安全地解除神经压迫,能否获得高效的椎体间融合,一直是人们关注的焦点问题。不可否认的是,在 FE-TLIF 的发展过程中。Full Endoscopic Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion (FE-TLIF) is a minimally invasive surgery through transforaminal approach using full endoscopy combined with basic methods of lumbar decompression,fusion and fixation.Compared with Open Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion (Open-TLIF) and Minimally Invasive Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion (MIS-TLIF),FE-TLIF can effectively reduce tissue damage of the back and intraoperative blood loss,shorten hospital stay,and promote the rapid recovery of patients.With the development of spinal endoscopy equipment,full endoscopic spine surgery can provide a clear vision for the surgeons to ensure safe and effective nerve decompression and interbody fusion.It has been widely used in lumbar interbody fusion for discogenic lower back pain,lumbar instability,lumbar spondylolisthesis and other lumbar degenerative diseases.In this paper,the progress of FE-TLIF is reviewed.
