摘 要:根肿病是由芸薹根肿菌侵染大白菜以及其它十字花科作物根部而引起的一种土传病害。该病害随着农业机械跨区域作业的实施等逐年加重,造成严重的经济损失,严重威胁十字花科作物的安全生产。开发与抗根肿病紧密连锁的分子标记、利用标记辅助选择培育高效抗根肿病大白菜新品种是应对根肿病危害的重要手段。多年来,大白菜抗根肿病QTL定位和分子标记开发取得重要进展,已经定位23个抗病位点,开发60多个连锁标记,尤其大白菜参考基因组序列的发布,大大促进了抗根肿病功能基因的鉴定,目前已经克隆鉴定了3个功能基因。本文对抗根肿病位点的特点、紧密连锁分子标记在最新版大白菜参考基因组中的物理位置、候选基因图位克隆情况以及潜在候选基因筛选等方面的进展进行综述,讨论了抗病育种存在的难题,并对下一步抗病研究重点提出了建议,以期为利用分子标记辅助选择创制大白菜持久抗根肿病新种质提供参考。Clubroot disease is a kind of soilborne disease caused by Plasmodiophora brassicae, which infects specifically the roots of Chinese cabbage(Brassica rapa) and other Brassica species worldwide. The disease has got worse and worse year by year with the cross-regional working model of farm machinery. It can lead to great economic loss to farmers and threaten the production of Brassica crops. One of the important methods is to develop molecular markers closely-linked to clubroot-resistant locis and breeding clubroot-resistant Chinese cabbage varieties by marker assisted selection(MAS). For years, great progress had been obtained in QTL mapping and molecular markers development for clubroot resistance in Chinese cabbage. Twenty-three disease resistance loci had been located and more than 60 linkage markers had been developed. Especially the releasing of B. rapa reference genome sequence greatly promoted the identification of functional genes for resistance to clubroot disease. At present, three functional genes had been cloned and identified. This paper gave a brief review in major research development of clubroot-resistance loci, molecular markers, and candidate genes in Chinese cabbage, aiming at providing references for creating durable clubroot-resistant Chinese cabbage germplasms by MAS.
