摘  要:以2-丙基庚醇聚氧乙烯醚为原料,采用SO;降膜式磺化工艺,制备不同EO加合数的2-丙基庚醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(103S、105S和107S)。考察反应温度、SO;以及有机物物质的量比对反应活性的影响,研究2-丙基庚醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠的耐碱性、耐盐性、表面张力、润湿性以及泡沫性能的构效关系。结果表明,103S、105S和107S的优化工艺分别为:反应温度40、40~50、50~60℃,n(SO_(3))∶n(2-丙基庚醇聚氧乙烯醚)=1.10∶1.00、1.05∶1.00、1.01∶1.00;随着EO加合数的增加,cmc减小,耐盐性、耐碱性增强,润湿性变差,泡沫性能无显著差异。Using 2-propylheptanol polyoxyethylene ether as raw material,the sodium 2-propyl heptanol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate(103S,105S and 107S)with different EO addition numbers were prepared by SO;-falling film sulfonation process.The effects of reaction temperature and mole ratio of SO;to organic compound were investigated.The structure-activity relationship of alkali resistance,salt tolerance,surface tension,wettability and foam properties was studied.The results showed that the optimum processes of 103S,105S and 107S were as follows:reaction temperature 40,40~50,50~60℃,n(SO_(3))∶n(2-propylheptanol polyoxyethylene ether)were 1.10∶1.00,1.05∶1.00 and 1.01∶1.00,respectively.With the increase of EO addition number,the cmc decreased,the salt resistance,alkali resistance enhanced and wettability became worse,and the foam performance had no significant difference.
