摘 要:以壳聚糖(CS)为原料,与二氢咖啡酸(HCA)在1-乙基-3-二甲基氨基丙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐(EDC)催化下反应生成CS-HCA共聚物。研究不同配比CS-HCA共聚物的接枝率、结晶结构变化以及对阴离子胭脂红染料废水的吸附性能。结果表明:与纯CS相比,HCA的引入使共聚物对胭脂红废水的吸附率明显提高。随着HCA用量的增加,CS-HCA的接枝率基本呈上升趋势,结晶度先降低后增加。当CS、HCA物质的量比为4∶2,共聚物用量为600 mg/L,pH为3,吸附温度为50℃,吸附时间为140 min时,CS-HCA共聚物对胭脂红废水的吸附效果较优,且吸附行为符合准二级动力学模型。CS-HCA copolymer was synthesized from biopolymer chitosan(CS)and dihydrocaffeic acid(HCA)under the catalysis of EDC crosslinking agent.The graft ratio and crystal structure of CS-HCA copolymer with different ratios were studied.And the adsorption performance of the copolymer for anionic carmine dye wastewater was also studied.The results showed that compared with pure CS,the adsorption rate of the copolymer for carmine wastewater was significantly increased by the introduction of HCA.With the increase of HCA dosage,the grafting ratio of CS-HCA increased,and its crystallinity showed a trend from decline to rise.When mole ratio of CS and HCA was 4∶2,copolymer dosage was 600 mg/L,pH was 3,the adsorption temperature was 50℃and the adsorption time was 140 min,the adsorption effect of CS-HCA copolymer on carmine wastewater was better,and its adsorption process was in accordance with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model.
