摘 要:采用化学改性法制备改性核桃壳吸附剂,用于染料废水的吸附研究。研究改性核桃壳吸附剂的优化制备条件,并采用静态吸附法探讨吸附剂用量、振荡时间、染料初始质量浓度以及吸附体系pH对吸附效果的影响。结果表明:在料液比1∶3(核桃壳质量∶改性液体积)、温度40℃、氢氧化钠与乙醇混合比2∶1的条件下制备的改性核桃壳吸附剂吸附效果较好;在改性核桃壳吸附剂用量为0.4 g、吸附时间为1.5 h、pH为8的弱碱性条件下对50 mg/L亚甲基蓝溶液进行吸附,去除率高达99.59%,吸附机理符合Freundlich模型,吸附动力学符合拟二级动力学方程。The modified walnut shell adsorbent was prepared by chemical modification method and used for the adsorption of dye wastewater. The optimum preparation conditions of modified walnut shell adsorbent were studied. The effects of dosage of adsorbent, oscillation time, initial mass concentration of dye and pH of adsorption system on adsorption effect were discussed by static adsorption method. The results showed that the modified walnut shell adsorbent prepared under the conditions of solid-liquid ratio of 1∶3(walnut shell mass∶modified liquid volume), temperature of 40 ℃, and the mixing ratio of sodium hydroxide and ethanol of2∶1 had the good adsorption effect. The modified walnut shell adsorbent adsorbed 50 mg/L methylene blue solution under the weak alkaline conditions of dosage 0.4 g, adsorption time 1.5 h and pH 8, and the removal rate was as high as 99.59%. The adsorption mechanism conforms to Freundlich model, and the adsorption kinetics conforms to pseudo second-order kinetic equation.
