摘 要:以非离子乳化剂对司盘60/吐温60和72/721分别与十八烷基三甲基氯化铵复配为复合乳化剂,研究其对C6防水剂乳液稳定性、乳液粒径、耐静水压和接触角、Zeta电位和防水防油应用效果的影响。非离子乳化剂对司盘60/吐温60和72/721的比例为1∶3时形成较强的正相互作用,可以降低乳液的凝胶率,减小乳胶粒粒径,增强乳液的机械稳定性以及稀释稳定性,乳液的防水防油性能较好。The effects of non-ionic emulsifiers pair on the stability, particle size, hydrostatic pressure,contact angle, Zeta potential, and the waterproof and oilproof of C6 waterproof agent were studied by using Span 60/Tween 60 and 72/721 combined with octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride as compound emulsifiers, respectively. The ratio of non-ionic emulsifier pair Span 60/Tween 60 and 72/721 was 1∶3, non-ionic emulsifier to form a strong positive interaction, could reduce the gel rate, decrease the latex particle size, enhance the emulsion mechanical stability and dilution stability, waterproof and oilproof performance of the emulsion was better.
