摘  要:在现代工业生产过程中,往往需要长期的盯控与监察,而人工无法长时间观察同一对象,且人工巡视容易受个人经验和主观意识的影响,机器视觉可以不知疲劳、始终如一地观测,在一些不适合人工作业的恶劣环境或人工视觉难以满足要求的场合,可以采用机器视觉来替代人工视觉。文章通过机器视觉技术在镜铁山矿胶带运输机工作中的应用,研究机器视觉技术的预期效果及应用前景。In the process of modern industrial production, long-term monitoring and monitoring are often required, and humans cannot observe the same object for a long time, and manual inspections are easily affected by personal experience and subjective consciousness. Machine vision can observe consistently and without fatigue. In some harsh environments that are not suitable for manual operations or where artificial vision is difficult to meet the requirements, machine vision can be used to replace artificial vision.This paper studies the expected effect and application prospect of machine vision technology through the application of machine vision technology in the work of Jingtieshan Mine belt conveyor.
