摘 要:近年来,我国城镇综合管廊建设快速发展,综合管廊一般埋地设置,管廊混凝土结构变形缝、转折点、施工缝等特殊位置较多,地下混凝土结构施工难度较大,施工工艺稳定性较差,且结构四周存在水系,结构渗漏是常见的质量通病。文章围绕如何处理综合管廊渗漏问题,以科教大道(望鹏大道至南山路)建设工程地下综合管廊为例,对管廊渗漏处理技术进行探讨。In recent years, China’s urban comprehensive pipe gallery construction rapid development, comprehensive pipe gallery is generally set underground, pipe gallery concrete structure has more deformation joints, turning points, construction joints and other special locations, underground concrete structure difficult construction, construction process stability is poor, and there is water around the structure, structural leakage is a common quality common fault. The article focuses on how to deal with the leakage of comprehensive pipe gallery, taking the underground comprehensive pipe gallery of Kejiao Avenue(Wangpeng Avenue to Nanshan Road) construction project as an example, to discuss the leakage treatment technology of pipe gallery.
