摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情期间,疫情报送、互联网医疗、免疫规划等信息化业务高强度运转,使得实体真实性、数据机密性和完整性、行为不可否认性及可追溯性等安全需求空前急迫。以国家疾病预防控制中心等医疗卫生机构的网络保障系统建设为案例,遵照以密码为核心的网络安全标准建设网络安全体系,有力保障了防疫和医疗业务的可信可靠开展,彰显出密码和网络安全标准对保护人民健康方面的社会价值。Information-based businesses such as epidemic reporting,Internet medical care,and immunization planning have been operating at a high intensity during the COVID-19 epidemic,which makes cybersecurity needs such as entity authenticity,data confidentiality and integrity,non-repudiation and behavior traceability unprecedentedly urgent.Taking the construction of the cybersecuritysystem of medical and health institutions such as the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention as an example,in accordance with cybersecurity standards centered on cryptography,which has effectively guaranteed the credible and reliable development of epidemic prevention and medical services,highlighting the great value of cryptography and cybersecurity standards to protect people’s health.
