摘　　要：伴随数字政府的建设,各种网络安全问题日益凸显,各级数据中心面临的网络安全风险与日俱增。实践案例结合政务大数据特点,针对不同类型、不同建设阶段的政务大数据中心开展政务大数据网络安全风险评估,给出了全面、具有政务大数据特色的风险识别、分析和评价方式,形成了指导政务数据安全管理、政务云安全管理的指导性文件,代表了电子政务领域数据安全的发展方向。In recent years,data centers have played an important role in assisting the construction of e-government.However,with the construction of the digital government,various network security issues have become increasingly prominent.Especially due to the increasingly complex international environment and the increasingly and the intensification of the high-tech field the network security risks faced by data centers at all levels are increasing day by day.Combining the characteristics of government affairs big data,this practical case conducts government affairs big data network security risk assessment for different types and different construction stages of government affairs big data centers.The situation provides a starting point,provides tools and references for government big data management departments at all levels to improve their ability to manage and control government big data security risks,and provides norms and guidance for government big data security assessment agencies to carry out security assessment work.
