摘　　要：选择不同活性聚天冬氨酸酯树脂和低粘度异氰酸酯为主要成膜物质,添加活性稀释剂,制备了无溶剂、适用期可控、基材附着性能及耐候性能优异的底面合一聚天冬氨酸酯聚脲涂料。讨论了树脂种类及配比、固化剂种类、颜基比、助剂等对涂料性能的影响,并将其应用于跨海大桥海洋腐蚀环境,应用效果良好。A solvent-free DTM polyaspartic ester based polyurea coating has been prepared by using different kinds of polyaspartic ester and silane modified isocyanate as film-forming materials.The effects of film-forming resin,isocyanate curing agent,additive on the properties of polyaspartic ester based polyurea coatings are discussed.The coatings exhibit good adhesion and weatherability.The results from its application in marine environment show good performance.
