摘  要:阐述了超大口径钢管内壁涂装熔结环氧粉末的需求、现状、技术要求和难点,采用俗称“一步半法”环氧树脂制得低成本大口径辊涂用环氧粉末涂料,并分析了不同的环氧树脂、固化剂、助剂、颜填料、滚涂温度等对粉末涂料性能的影响。试验结果表明,选择硅微粉以及长纤维硅灰石可以明显提高涂层的韧性。气相二氧化硅和有机增稠剂可以防止滚涂涂装流挂,对涂层的增韧也有积极因素。经表面疏水改性的硅微粉和硅灰石粉可以提高环氧涂层的水煮附着力。采用该方法研制的粉末涂料符合CJ/T120—2016涂层标准,达到饮用水卫生标准。The current technical requirements,situation,and difficulties of fusion bonded epoxy powder coatings on the inner coating of steel pipe with super-large diameter are described.The low-cost epoxy powder coatings for large-diameter roll coating process is prepared by using the commonly known"one-step and half method"epoxy resin,and the effects of different epoxy resins,curing agents,additives,pigments and fillers and roll coating temperature on the properties of the powder coatings are analyzed.The test results show that the toughness of the coating can be significantly improved by selecting silica and long-fiber wollastonite filler.Fumed silica and organic thickener can prevent the sagging of roll coating,and also have positive effect on the toughening of the coating.Surface hydrophobically modified filler such as silica and wollastonite powder can improve the boiling adhesion of epoxy coating.The powder coatings developed by this method meet the CJ/T120—2016 coating standard and hygienic standard of drinking water.
