摘  要:以聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(PEGDGE)、环氧树脂6101与乙醇胺进行环氧基开环反应,采用乙酸水溶液中和得到水性环氧乳化剂,并通过相反转法制备水性环氧分散体。研究了PEGDGE相对分子质量、环氧乳化剂的用量、反应及乳化温度、搅拌转速等工艺条件对水性环氧分散体粒径及稳定性的影响。结果表明,在PEDGGE相对分子质量约为500、乳化剂用量为12%、乳化温度为65~75℃、转速为3000~3500 r/min时,分散体稳定性良好,且与自制水性环氧固化剂复配后的涂膜固化物具有良好的物理机械性能、耐水性和耐盐雾性。The watreborne epoxy emulsifier were prepared by ring-opening reaction of polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether(PEGDGE),epoxy resin 6101 with ethanolamine,neutralized by glacial acetic acid.The emulfifier was then used to prepare the epoxy resin dispersion by phase inversion process.The effects of molecular weight of PEGDGE,amount of emulsifier,emulsifying temperature and rotational speed on the particle size and stability of dispersion were investigated.The results showed that the dispersion had good stability when the molecular weight of PEGDGE was about 500,the amount of emulsifier was 12 wt%,the emulsifying temperature was 65-75℃,and the rotating speed was 3,000-3,500 r/min.The composite film cured with self-made waterborne epoxy curing agent had good physical and mechanical properties,water resistance and salt spray resistance.
