摘 要:为了更好地控制金属粉末涂料的产品质量,降低客户投诉问题,本文通过研究金属粉末涂料生产工艺各工序的主要参数,找出各工序参数与金属粉末涂料金属效果稳定性的因果关系,从而达到对产品质量的控制。现阶段金属粉末涂料主要存在的产品质量问题是喷涂稳定性差,造成问题的原因是金属颜料与粉末涂料粘结效果差以及粉末涂料底色与金属效果色差较大。本文采用控制变量法,结合实验结果与生产经验,分析不同工序的主要工艺参数对金属粉末涂料金属效果稳定性的影响。金属粉末涂料树脂含量越高,邦定后金属效果稳定性越好;金属粉末涂料的底粉充当粘结材料,金属颜料是被粘结物,当底粉粒径增大,邦定后金属效果稳定性增强;金属粉末涂料底粉颜色与金属效果颜色越接近,则金属效果稳定性越好。在一定温度范围内,邦定温度增高,金属效果稳定性增强。To better control the production quality of metal powder coatings and reduce customer complaints,this paper studies the main parameters of each process about metal powder coating production.We have found out the significant relationship between each process and the metallic effect stability of metal powder coatings.If we can use this relation of them,we can achieve the control of product quality.At present,the main quality problem of metal powder coatings is poor spraying stability,which is caused by poor bonding effect between metal pigment and powder coatings and large color difference of the basic color of powder coatings with metallic effect.In this paper,the influence of the metallic effect stability of metal powder coatings have been analyzed by using control variable methods which combines the experimental results with production experience.The higher the resin content of metal powder coating is,the better the stability of metallic effect is.The basic powder acts as a binder and the metal pigment is binded.When the basic powder particle size increases,the stability of the metallic effect is enhanced at the same time.The stability of metallic effect increases with the increase of binding temperature.The basic powder color of metal powder coating is similar to that of the metallic effect color.In a certain temperature range,the increase of bonding temperature can increase the metallic effect stability.
