摘 要:研究树脂、相容剂、硫化剂、增塑剂、加工设备、重复加工对SBR/PP TPV性能的影响。结果表明:PP和SBR的相容性较好;使用SBR-g-MAH做为相容剂、BPDH做为交联剂、石蜡油做为增塑剂制备的SBR/PP TPV力学性能和加工性能均优于EPDM/PP TPV、SBR/EVA TPV;双螺杆挤出机制备的SBR/PP TPV性能最好;SBR/PP TPV具有优异的重复加工性能;自制SBR/PP TPV的拉伸强度、断裂强度和回弹性均优于美国山都坪101-73。The effect of resin,compatibilizer,vulcanizing agent,plasticizer,processing equipment and repeated processing on the properties of SBR/PP TPV were studied.The results showed that the compatibility between PP and SBR was good.The mechanical and processability performance of SBR/PP TPV prepared with SBR-g-MAH as compatibilizer,BPDH as crosslinking agent and paraffin oil as plasticizer was better than that of EPDM/PP TPV and SBR/EVA TPV,and the performance of SBR/PP TPV prepared by twin-screw extruder was optimal.SBR/PP TPV possessed excellent repeated processing.The tensile strength,breaking strength and resilience of self-made SBR/PP TPV was better than that of Santoprene 101-73 from America.
