摘 要:文中以国内某客运索道工程实践为例,对索道固定抱索器、吊杆等重要零部件进行了现场应力测试,得到了测点的真实应力变化。以测试结果为依据对主要构件进行了力学计算,给出固定抱索器及吊椅吊杆的应力分布,得出抱索器的最大应力区域,并通过无损检测得到了验证,分析了座椅的振动模态,计算了低阶频率的振型,为吊椅的动态设计及安全运行提供理论依据,为客运索道在用固定抱索器和吊杆的无损检测位置,以及客运索道设计、型式试验提供借鉴。Taking a passenger ropeway project in China as an example,the stress of the important parts of the ropeway,such as the fixed rope gripper and the suspender,was tested on the spot,and the real stress changes of the measuring points were obtained.According to the test results,the mechanical calculation of the main components was carried out,and the stress distribution of the fixed rope gripper and the suspender of the hanging chair and the maximum stress area of rope grippers were obtained,which were verified by nondestructive testing.The vibration mode of the seat was analyzed,and the vibration mode of the low-order frequency was calculated,which provided a theoretical basis for the dynamic design and safe operation of the hanging chair,and a reference for the nondestructive testing position of the fixed rope grippers and suspenders of passenger ropeway,as well as the design and type test of passenger ropeway.
