摘  要:在自动化立体存储中,经常会遇到堆垛机货叉需要处理2种尺寸托盘的情况。此种情况下,往往需要对堆垛机货叉进行改造,采用2套独立系统分别控制2套货叉进行不同尺寸托盘存取的方式,或采用可变中心距货叉的方式对不同尺寸托盘采用不同货叉中心距进行存取作业。无论采用何种方式,电气控制都相对复杂且成本较高,在使用过程易出现货物倾斜掉落、危害安全的情况。因此,对存取的货物规格和出入库方式进行分析、布局,合理设计货叉的结构尤为重要。文中对工程中一个典型案例进行剖析,在常用存取方案的基础上,提出一种基于电磁离合装置的适用于多尺寸托盘存取的货叉设计方案,并对该方案的应用范围、优缺点、设计细节等进行阐述和分析。In automatic stereoscopic storage,it is often encountered that the fork of the stacker needs to handle two kinds of pallets with different sizes.In such case,it is usually necessary to transform the forks of the stacker,using two independent systems to control two forks to access different sizes of pallets,or using a fork with variable center distance to access different sizes of pallets according to the center distance.No matter what method is adopted,the electrical control is relatively complicated and costly,and other situations that endanger the safety,such as tilting and falling of goods,are easy to occur in the use process.Therefore,it is particularly important to analyze the specifications of the goods to be accessed and the ways of warehousing and warehousing,and to design the structure of the forks reasonably.In this paper,a typical project case is analyzed.On the basis of common access schemes,a fork design scheme based on electromagnetic clutch device and suitable for multi-size pallet access is put forward,and its application scope,advantages and disadvantages,design details,etc.are introduced and analyzed.
