摘  要:轴向级联的相对论磁控管含有多个共轴排列的谐振单元,各级高频系统设置了相互连接的阳极外壳和阴极结构以构建类似的正交场分布,每级高频系统之间以耦合结构连接,通过器件内部的耦合机制实现相位锁定,可实现多端口锁相输出。基于轴向级联谐振系统的相位锁定条件,设计了基于脊圆波导结构直接耦合的二级轴向级联相对论磁控管,每一谐振单元采用8腔旭日型慢波结构,两级高频系统中的较小谐振腔通过预留有4个扇形开槽的脊圆波导连接段实现直接耦合,较大谐振腔底部设置径向提取波导结构。在0.38 T外加磁场和400 kV外加电压的条件下可实现S波段2.9 GHz的8端口TE_(10)模式锁相输出,单路微波功率高于100 MW,总功率高于0.8 GW,驱动电流4100 A,总效率约49%。两高频系统锁相过程时长12 ns,相位抖动小于±2.5°。The axially cascaded relativistic magnetron contains a number of coaxial resonant units.All the units are equipped with interconnected anode shells and cathode structures to build similar orthogonal field distributions.The adjacent units are connected by coupling structure and multi-port phase-locked output can be realized through the inside coupling of the device.Based on the phase-locking condition of the axial cascaded resonant system,a two-stage axial cascaded relativistic magnetron with ridge circular waveguide structures is designed.The resonant units are 8-cavity sun-rising type slow-wave structures.The smaller resonator is directly coupled by a 4-slot ridged circular waveguide,and the radial extraction waveguide structure is set at the bottom of the larger resonator.8-port TE_(10) mode phase-locked output at S-band 2.9 GHz is obtained under 0.38 T axial magnetic field and 400 kV driving voltage.The single port microwave power is higher than 100 MW,the total power is higher than 0.8 GW,the driving current is 4100 A,and the total efficiency is about 49%.The phase-locking duration of the two high-frequency systems is 12 ns and the phase deviation is less than±2.5°.
