摘 要:高压隔离电源是热阴极高压电源系统中的重要组成部分,可实现高低压电位的有效隔离。本文介绍了一种新型高频高压隔离电源技术,从工作原理、电路设计、变压器设计、结构设计等方面作了详细阐述,并指出了工程化实施中的关键难点。相比于工频高压隔离电源模式,具有结构简单、体积小、通用性高、隔离电压范围广等特点,不仅可以有效节约系统资源,同时在各个方面都能够更好的契合现代高压隔离电源系统的要求。利用该技术研制的高压隔离电源,已在多项系统实践中得到了验证与应用,具有很好的参照价值。High-voltage isolation power supply is an important part of hot cathode high-voltage power supply system,which can realize effective isolation of high and low voltage potential.This paper introduces a new high-frequency and high-voltage isolated power supply technology,expounds the working principle,circuit design,transformer design and structure design in detail,and points out key difficulties in engineering implementation.Compared with the power-frequency high-voltage isolated power supply mode,the new technology has the characteristics of simple structure,small volume,high versatility and wide isolation voltage range.It can effectively save system resources,and meanwhile meet the requirements of modern high-voltage isolated power supply system better in all aspects.The high-voltage isolated power supply developed by this technology has been verified and applied in many practical systems,indicating a good reference value.
