摘  要:为了解决转体斜拉桥支座受力不确定性以及桥墩自重较大的问题,提出横向双排支座的低高度预应力横梁以及上转盘较薄的预应力空心墩优化设计方案。以乐凯大街跨保定南站转体斜拉桥为背景,采用通用有限元程序ANSYS建立横梁与主塔桥墩局部分析模型,对横梁在运营阶段及施工阶段、对桥墩在转体及称重阶段受力状态作了详细分析。研究结果表明:横梁在运营阶段及各施工阶段顶底板应力满足规范要求,运营阶段表面有4 MPa主拉应力,设计中应在横梁表面加强普通钢筋配置。主塔桥墩采用两点协同称重方案可保证结构受力安全。横向双排支座的低高度预应力横梁及上转盘较薄的预应力空心墩在大跨度转体斜拉桥设计中具有良好的适用性。To solve the problems of the uncertainty of bearing force and the heavy self-weight of bridge pier of rotational cable-stayed bridges, optimized scheme of low height prestressed beam with transverse double-row bearing and prestressed hollow pier with thin upper turntable is proposed. Based on the rotational cable-stayed bridge of Lekai Street across Baoding South Railway Station in Baoding, this paper establishes the local finite element model of the cross beam and the main tower pier by using the general finite element program ANSYS, studies operation and construction phases of the cross beam, and makes a detailed analysis of the structural stress of the pier in the rotation and weighing stages. The results show that the stresses of the top and bottom plates of the cross beam meet the requirements of the occupational standard in the operation stage and each construction stage, and the principal tensile stress on the surface of cross beam is 4 MPa in the operation stage. The steel reinforcement configuration on the surface of cross beam should be strengthened in the design. The two points cooperative weighing scheme for main tower bridge pier can ensure structural stress safety. Low height prestressed beams with transverse double-row bearing and prestressed hollow piers with thin upper turntable have good applicability in the design of long span rotating cable-stayed bridge.
