摘  要:高压注射伤是一种严重的复合型损伤,早期的临床表现为创口小、症状轻微,然而病情的发展比较迅速,如果不对其进行及时的清创处理,可导致截肢的发生。运用影像学技术可以对高压注射伤导致的注射异物及组织结构的变化进行评估,包括异物的扩散情况、软组织侵袭范围、感染及血运情况,为了进一步阐述各类成像技术和高压注射损伤导致组织的受损情况的关系,笔者对X线、CT、MRI和超声等影像学技术在高压注射损伤患者诊治中的应用研究进展进行综述。High-pressure injection injury is a serious compound injury.The early clinical manifestations include small wounds and mild symptoms.However,the disease progresses relatively rapidly.Delay of debridement can even lead to amputation.The use of imaging technology can evaluate injection of foreign materials and the changes in tissue structure caused by high-pressure injection injury,including diffusion of foreign materials,invasion of soft tissue,infection and blood supply.To further explore the relationship between imaging features and tissue damages caused by high-pressure injection injury.This article reviews the application progress of X-ray,CT,MRI and ultrasonography in the diagnosis and treatment of high-pressure injection injury.
