摘  要:沈阳地铁东北大马路站采用新管幕法施工,而新管幕支护体系的受力性能及承载力是设计中重要环节。通过新管幕构件室内模型试验,对新管幕构件破坏形式和承载力计算方法进行研究。模型试验表明,管幕在跨中弯矩的作用下发生下翼缘板拉裂、上翼缘板压溃的破坏模式,表明钢管之间的连接仍然是新管幕法的薄弱环节。研究提出新管幕承载力的计算方法,并与模型试验得出的数据进行对比分析,验证了计算方法的可行性。通过模型试验及承载能力计算,为进一步提高新管幕法的承载力,在隧道纵向进行分段开挖和支护,使钢管在横向和纵向均有支撑作用,从而利用钢管的纵向承载力来弥补钢管横向承载力不足。The Dongbei Damalu Station of Shenyang Metro adopts the new tubular roof method for construction, in which the mechanical performance and bearing capacity of the new pipe curtain support system is an important link in the design. Based on the indoor model test of the new tubular roof members, the failure mode and bearing capacity calculation method of the new tubular roof members are studied. The model test of the new tubular roof method shows that the failures of the lower flange plate cracking and the upper flange plate crushing occur under the mid span bending moment, indicating that the connection between steel pipes is still the weak link of the new tubular roof method. The calculation method of the bearing capacity of the new tubular roof is proposed and compared with the data obtained from the model test to verify the feasibility of the calculation method. Based on model tests and bearing capacity calculation results, sectional excavation and support are carried out in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel to further improve the bearing capacity of the new tubular roof method and fulfill both horizontal and longitudinal support of the steel pipe, which makes up for the insufficient transverse bearing capacity of steel pipe with longitudinal bearing capacity of steel pipe.
