摘  要:列控系统仿真测试是为了缩短高速铁路列控系统现场验收测试时间,同时保证列控系统能够满足线路全场景运行需求,在现场测试前于实验室中搭建列控系统仿真测试环境,验证系统功能的可靠性与设计数据的准确性。为解决现有仿真测试过程中人工操作效率低下、测试周期长的问题,以测试过程的自动执行为着眼点,对现有仿真测试平台架构进行优化、升级,扩展自动化功能接口;借助Robot Framework自动化测试框架、VNC虚拟网络控制台等技术,结合深度学习中的图像识别算法,设计了一种列控系统仿真测试自动化方法。在实验室中利用列控中心的自动测试及车载DMI自动操控场景完成了对本方法的验证。验证结果表明,提出的测试自动化方法可以取代仿真测试中的部分人工操作,提高了测试效率。The simulation test of the train control system is to shorten the on-site acceptance test time of train control system in the high-speed railway, ensure the compliance of the system with the requirements of the full-scene operation of the line, and verify the reliability of the system function and the accuracy of the designed data by creating a train control system simulation test environment in the laboratory before the on-site test. In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and long cycle in the existing simulation test process, the architecture is upgraded and automatic function interfaces expanded on the basis of the existing simulation test platform with the focus on the automatic execution of the test process. With the help of Robot Framework automatic test framework, Vitual Network Console and image recognition algorithms in deep learning, an automatic simulation test method is designed for train control system. The verification of this method is accomplished in the laboratory through the automatic test of TCC and the automatic control of DMI. The results show that the proposed method can replace part of the manual operation in the simulation test and improve the test efficiency.
