城市公园绿地游憩服务能力空间绩效评价——以贵阳市中心城区为例

摘　　要：公园绿地游憩服务能力空间绩效评价对于城市公园空间布局优化具有重要意义。构建游憩服务能力-人口密度分布耦合协调模型对贵阳市中心城区的公园绿地游憩服务能力空间绩效进行评价,结果表明:(1)公园绿地总体成不均衡分布,局部高度聚集,主要分布于观山湖区、云岩区、南明区等开发程度较好的区域,边缘地区少有公园绿地分布。(2)人口主要分布在小车河街道-泉湖街道、高新路街道-溪北街道一线,人口密度较高的街道(乡镇)聚集在南明区、云岩区。(3)公园绿地游憩服务能力总体不足,其空间分布呈递减格局。云岩-南明聚集区服务能力最强,观山湖聚集区服务能力次之,外围服务能力最弱。(4)公园绿地总体游憩服务能力滞后,公园绿地游憩服务能力与人口密度分布耦合度高、协调度低。耦合度、协调类型在空间分布上无明显特征,协调度空间分布与游憩服务能力空间分布较为相似。基于研究结果并结合国土空间规划与绿地系统规划对贵阳市中心城区的公园绿地建设提出了优化策略。The spatial performance evaluation of parks'recreation service capacity is of great significance for the optimization of urban park spatial layout.In this study,a recreation service population density distribution coupling coordination model was constructed to evaluate the spatial performance of park green space recreation service capacity in the central urban area of Gui-yang.The results showed that:(1)Parks were unevenly distributed in general and highly concentrated in some parts,mainly distributed in Guanshanhu District,Yunyan District,Nanming District,and other well-developed areas.There was little park distribution in marginal areas.(2)The population was mainly distributed in the line of Xiaohe Street-Quanhu Street,Gaoxin Road Street-Xibei Street.The streets(towns)with high population density gathered in Nanming District and Yunyan District.(3)The recreation service capacity of parks was generally insufficient,and its spatial distribution showed a decreasing pattern from the center to the surrounding.The service capacity of the Yunyan-Nanming gathering area was the strongest,the Guanshanhu gathering area was the second,and the periphery was the weakest.(4)The overall recreational service capacity of parks lagged behind,and the coupling degree between the recreational service capacity of parks and population density distribution was high,and the coordination degree was low.The spatial distribution of coupling degree and coordination type had no obvious characteristics,and the spatial distribution of coordination degree was similar to that of recreation service capacity.Based on the research results and combined with the land spatial planning and planning of the green spaces system,this paper put forward the optimization strategy for the park's construction in the central urban area of Guiyang.
