环肋对耐压圆柱壳碰撞响应的影响

摘  要:耐压壳是水下工作的重要工具之一,耐压结构形式主要有球型、圆柱型、椭球型等。对于耐压圆柱壳而言,为增强其承载力,通常情况下需要设置环肋。为了研究环肋对圆柱耐压壳耐撞性的影响,使用非线性有限元软件,模拟了刚性体与耐压圆柱壳的碰撞,通过研究发现碰撞位置发生改变,环肋和壳板的吸能占比和失效顺序会发生变化;改变环肋间距,会对耐压圆柱壳的耐撞性产生一定影响;对比分析了环肋的腹板和面板对耐压圆柱壳强度方面的影响。Pressure-resistant shell is one of the important tools for underwater work.The pressure-resistant structure mainly includes spherical,cylindrical,ellipsoidal,etc.For pressure-resistant cylindrical shells,in order to enhance its bearing capacity,ring ribs are usually required(ring ribs are divided into outer ring ribs and inner ring ribs,and only the inner ring ribs are considered here).In order to study the impact of ring ribs on the crashworthiness of cylindrical pressure shells,nonlinear finite element software was used to simulate the collision between the rigid body and the pressure cylindrical shell.The energy ratio and failure sequence will change;changing the spacing of the ring ribs will have a certain impact on the crashworthiness of the pressure cylindrical shell;the influence of the web and face plate of the ring ribs on the strength of the pressure cylindrical shell is compared and analyzed.
