摘 要:新疆某低铜高钼矿中铜品位0.17%,钼品位0.078%。由于原矿中铜含量较低,且铜、钼矿物分布不均匀,多呈星散浸染状分布,造成该矿物回收困难。为考查铜是否具有回收价值,进行了单一钼矿浮选探索、优先选钼-再选铜探索、铜钼混合浮选-铜钼分离探索试验流程。采用铜钼混合浮选-铜钼分离工艺流程,闭路试验最终获得铜精矿铜品位22.91%,铜回收率90.77%,钼精矿钼品位48.31%,钼回收率68.41%的较好指标,可实现铜、钼的综合回收。Copper grade is 0.17% and molybdenum grade is 0.078% in a low copper and high molybdenum mine in Xinjiang. Due to the low copper content in the raw ore and the uneven distribution of copper and molybdenum minerals, most of them are scattered and disseminated, which makes it difficult to recover the mineral. In order to investigate whether copper has recovery value, the flotation exploration of single molybdenum ore, the exploration of priority molybdenum-reconcentration of copper, and the exploration of copper-molybdenum mixed flotation and copper-molybdenum separation were carried out. Copper concentrate with grade of 22.91% and recovery of 90.77% and molybdenum concentrate with grade of 48.31% and recovery of 68.41% were obtained by using Cu-Mo mixed flotation and Cu-Mo separation process. The comprehensive recovery of copper and molybdenum could be realized.
