摘  要:文章主要分析了酒钢本部3#烧结机投用改造后的溜料漏斗,二混制粒模式由三个造球盘均匀或非均匀料量制粒,调整为两个造球盘外加1#溜料漏斗制粒,调整后混合料粒度0~3 mm占比上升约8个百分点,烧结机三混进料量、机速较调整前明显稳定,扣返固体燃料消耗下降约1.4 kg/t,烧结矿部分指标及成品实物质量达到了高炉用料冶金性能标准,技术经济指标呈进步趋势。The paper mainly analyzes the JISCO headquarters 3# sintering machine putting-in-service proactively modified sneak hopper, two mixed granulating model consists of three pelletizing disc uniform or non-uniform shoes granulating, adjusted for two balling disc plus 1# sneak hopper granulating, adjusted mixture size 0 to 3 mm accounted for about 8%, three in rate of sintering machine, the machine speed is more obvious stability before the adjustment, solid fuel consumption decreased by about 1.4 kg/t, some indexes of sinter and the physical quality of finished products reached the metallurgical performance standards of blast furnace materials, and the technical and economic indexes showed a trend of progress.
