摘  要:介绍了酒钢265 m^(2)烧结机生产现状,分析了烧结机工艺性能逐步劣化的问题,排查了烧结机系统漏风点和分析漏风原因,提出了漏风治理方案和引流降阻思路,通过烧结机大修改造实施漏风治理和改造后的烟气氧含量检测分析,烧结系统漏风率下降明显,烧结机生产效率明显提升。This paper introduces the production status of 265 m^(2) sintering machine in Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co. Ltd., analyzes the problem of gradual deterioration of sintering machine process performance, investigates the air leakage point of sintering machine system and analyzes the causes of air leakage, and puts forward the air leakage treatment scheme and the idea of drainage and resistance reduction. Through the large-scale modification of sintering machine, the air leakage treatment and the detection and analysis of flue gas oxygen content after transformation, the air leakage rate of sintering system decreases significantly, the production efficiency of sintering machine has been significantly improved.
