摘　　要：酒钢炼铁厂1^(#)、2^(#)高炉对槽下振筛设备进行强化改造,通过对槽下筛分设备进行改造,提高振筛振幅、人工扩齿、加装挡料板以及增设分料器,使入炉粉末降低至1.8%,有效的提高了筛分效率,为高炉高产、优质、低耗创造了有利条件。Jiusteel iron 1^(#), 2^(#)blast furnace of slot sieving equipment reinforcement and renovation, to reform the slot under screening equipment, improve the vibration sieve amplitude, artificial wisdom tooth, add baffle plate and add distributor, powder into the reduced to 1.8%, effectively improve the screening efficiency, for the blast furnace high yield, high quality, low consumption have created favorable conditions.
