摘　　要：从西铜公司目前生产实际需要及经验出发,利用上引法无氧铜杆连铸机组进行铜线杆的生产,从工艺交流出发对设备进行改造更新,对设备技术特征以及对开炉、烘炉等改善工艺流程的具体操作进行完善,以达到生产出高质量的铜线杆的实际效果,提高公司的效益。Based on the actual production needs and experience of West Copper Company, the oxygen free copper rod continuous casting unit of the up drawing method is used to produce the copper rod, starting from the process exchange, the equipment is transformed and updated, technical characteristics of equipment and improve the specific operation of improving the process flow such as furnace opening and drying, in order to achieve the actual effect of producing high-quality copper wire rod and improve the efficiency of the company.
