摘　　要：闪速炉余热锅炉作为闪速炉熔炼工艺的关键设备,其生产运营的优劣直接影响到整个工厂的生产状况。目前,制约余热锅炉正常生产的主要因素是锅炉粘结和锅炉泄漏。对这两个制约因素进行了分析探讨,并提出了改进措施。The flash furnace heat recovery steam generator is the key equipment of the flash furnace smelting process, the quality of its production operations directly affects the production status of the entire factory. At present, the main factors restricting the normal production of waste heat boilers are boiler slagging and boiler leakage.Analyzes and discusses these two constraints, and proposes improvement measures.
