摘  要:湿法炼锌在电积生产过程中,随着系统运行,锑会不断累积,出现锑含量超标的情况。锑在湿法炼锌生产过程中是一种有害元素,当锑含量超标时,不仅影响锌电积过程,导致“烧板”;还会使阴极锌反溶,降低电流效率。经检测,锑存在于湿法炼锌系统中的中上清液、一净后液、二净后液以及新液当中,其中中上清液占绝大部分。本研究采用锌粉置换法,为减少锌粉使用量同时在系统中加入微量硫酸铜。本研究在80℃的条件下加入18.36 g锌粉、1 g硫酸铜,反应40 min,可使系统中的锑含量从1.2 mg/L降低到0.03 mg/L,达到生产要求。In the electrodeposition process of zinc hydrometallurgy, with the operation of the system, antimony will accumulate continuously, resulting in the situation that the content of antimony exceeds the standard. Antimony is a harmful element in the production process of zinc hydrometallurgy. When the content of antimony exceeds the standard, it not only affects the electrodeposition process of zinc, leading to "plate burning". It also causes the cathode zinc to dissolve and reduces the current efficiency. After detection, antimony exists in the wet zinc smelting system in the supernatant, a net liquid, two net liquid and new liquid, among which the supernatant accounted for the majority. In this study, zinc powder replacement method was adopted to reduce the use of zinc powder while adding trace copper sulfate into the system. In this study, the antimony content in the system was reduced from 1.2 mg/L to 0.03 mg/L by adding 18.36 g zinc powder and 1 g copper sulfate at 80 ℃ for 40 min, reaching the production requirements.
