摘  要:本文研究了固态和液态硫化锑精矿在不同条件下氢直接还原的效率。实验结果表明,温度和氢气流速对还原效果具有显著影响:固态硫化锑在500℃还原效果最为理想,而液态硫化锑在850℃还原效果最佳;在温度不变的情况下,当氢气流速达到一定值后还原效率不随氢气流速的增加而增大。通过固态和液态硫化锑精矿氢还原系列试验,基本上证明了氢还原过程的技术可行性和其优越性。In this paper, we study the efficiency of direct hydrogen reduction in solid and liquid antimony sulfide concentrate under different conditions.The experimental results show that the temperature and the hydrogen flow rate have significant effects on the reduction effect: solid-state antimony sulfide reduces best at 500 ℃, while liquid antimony sulfide reduces best at 850 ℃;when the temperature is constant, the reduction efficiency does not increase with the hydrogen flow rate when the hydrogen flow rate reaches a certain value.The technical feasibility and superiority of the hydrogen reduction process are basically demonstrated by the solid-state and liquid antimony sulfide concentrate hydrogen reduction series tests.
