摘  要:结合酒钢现有周边原煤资源,对喷煤煤种工业分析、煤粉粒度、燃烧性、热值、可磨性等方面进行研究,高炉使用的喷吹煤配煤结构进行合理调整,并改造喷吹系统及参数优化,高炉煤比较2020年提高30 kg/t,焦比较2020年降低33 kg/t,取得了较好的经济效益。Combined with the existing raw coal resources around Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co. Ltd., through the industrial analysis of coal injection type, pulverized coal particle size, combustibility, calorific value, grindability and other aspects, the coal blending structure of injection coal used in blast furnace is reasonably optimized and adjusted, and the injection system and parameter optimization are reformed. The blast furnace coal is increased by 30 kg/t compared with 2020 and the coke is reduced by 33 kg/t compared with 2020, which has achieved good economic benefits.
